Meet Laura - Emerge CEO and Certified Coach / Facilitator
I’m Laura and I passionately believe that everyone has the potential to achieve great things in life, no matter what their starting point or where their journey has taken them so far! Emerge Coaching and Consulting is born out of my passion for talent development and experience in driving inclusion and sustainability in the global construction and engineering sector.
I have been lucky to work with some great leaders and mentors and regularly stepped out of my comfort zone to grow and develop. As a facilitator and leader, I completed an ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Diploma and trained to train leaders in Situational LeadershipTM, DiSCTM and other 'soft' skills. I witnessed the benefits that coaching and soft skill development brought to individuals and teams and noticed a direct impact on business results.
When I reached a senior HR leadership position, I had the pleasure of working with an NLP Coach for the first time! And wow, this deeper level of coaching was life changing for me...
